As an experienced Data & Process Engineer, you and your team ensure an innovative and correct implementation of color developments, the management of the color databases and the correct transfer of knowledge between product development and production. In collaboration with the purchasing and product development department, you assess alternative raw materials for their suitability. You are the first point of contact for production, quality control and for internal technical questions.

You are part of the technical heart of our organization and report to the technical manager. Together with your colleagues, you analyze data and make suggestions for improvements where necessary. You monitor the progress of projects and provide information about this to the technical manager and other stakeholders. You supervise the correct and effective execution of the work in the entire team and you ensure improvements where necessary.

From your professional knowledge and enthusiasm, you make a positive contribution to the working atmosphere, you look after the personnel aspects and you monitor the established frameworks within the organization.

Since 1898 Anker Stuy has been making paint special with passion. Developed and produced in the Netherlands with an eye for sustainability & innovation. We sell our products in the Netherlands, United Kingdom and various other countries. Our customers are mainly companies that manufactures wood products such as windows, doors, frames, stairs, cladding and carpentry for interiors. We also supply products for painting and maintenance companies.

You are data and technically driven.

In order to ensure a good match, your CV will in any case show that you:

  • You have bachelor/master level in technical chemical direction;
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in the process industry, preferably with batch-wise mixing processes, knowledge of coatings is not a must, but a great advantage;
  • Experience with database management;
  • Good communicative skills;
  • You are analytical, result-oriented and quality and organization conscious;
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in both English and Dutch or the willingness to learn Dutch.
